Camp Carpenter Sleepover Camp

Chartered Pack (Group) Registration for In-Council & Out-of-Council Packs
Session #7: Sunday, August 8 - Thursday, August 12, 2021

This registration is for packs attending Camp Carpenter as a group (chartered camping). Please do not register provisional campers through this registration. One person from each pack (preferably the pack's camp coordinator) should be responsible for completing this registration.

If you wish to add participants after the initial registration, please log back in to your account and make changes to the existing registration. Please do not create separate registrations for additional participants.

For your initial registration, you will only need to enter the number of Cub Scout campers and adult leaders attending. You will have the ability to add camper and leader names at a later date (but at least two weeks prior to your session). Entering individual names is not required, however, you must do so in order to register campers for any qualifying discounts and to register WEBELOS entering the fifth grade in September for the WEBELOS "Bridge" program.

Each pack gets two FREE adults. Each additional adult will pay $180 for the week.

Each pack gets one FREE Den Chief. Each additional Den Chief will pay $180 for the week.

You will be asked to indicate free and paid adult leaders and den chiefs. Adventure Cards are not recognized for additional leaders or Den Chiefs.
 

All Camp Carpenter participants (youth and adult) must have a completed BSA Annual Health and Medical Record with Parts A, B and C completed. Part C of the form is the physical examination which must be signed by a certified and licensed health-care provider recognized by the BSA. Recognized providers are physicians (MD, DO), nurse practitioners, and physician's assistants. Substitute forms will not be accepted. 

In order to speed up your opening day processing at camp, health forms must be mailed (do not send via e-mail or fax) to the address below no later than May 31:

Packs are responsible for sending a final participant roster and program choice form.

$100 non-refundable deposit per paid registrant is due at time of registration.

Early Discount
Before 4/7/2021 a discount of $30.00 will apply to all Cub Scout Camper Registrants.
Cancellation Policy
UPDATED 3/22/2021 Deposits are non-refundable. The balance of a registration fee will be refunded after August 31, 2021 provided one of the following conditions is met: (1) The Daniel Webster Council Program Department is notified in writing of a camper cancellation at least two weeks prior to scheduled arrival; (2) In cases of injury or illness within two weeks of scheduled arrival, a letter from a healthcare provider (MD, DO, PA, or nurse practitioner) is provided with the refund request. This includes campers and leaders who contract Covid, are asked to self-isolate or quarantine or are refused entry to camp because they did not pass the arrival screening. The only exception is in the unlikely event the Daniel Webster Council closes the camp in in its entirety for a public health emergency, municipal declaration, or necessary business decision. Refunds for chartered unit resident camper cancellations will be made to the unit. Units are responsible for paying the full registration fees for no-shows unless the refund conditions above have been met. Deposits are non-refundable, even when two weeks cancellation notice is provided. In the event the entire unit cancels its reservation, site fees are non-refundable. All space is available on a first-come, first-served basis for those paid in full. Fees are transferable to another camper.
