The Belknap Challenge develops outdoor leadership skills to help youth carry out a variety of outdoor activities, and introduces Scouts to the principles and experiences required to carry out successful treks with their unit.

Scouts must be 13 years of age and First Class Rank to participate.

All Belknap Challenge participants must have a completed BSA Annual Health and Medical Record with Parts A, B and C and D completed. Part C of the form is the physical examination which must be signed by a certified and licensed health-care provider recognized by the BSA. Recognized providers are physicians (MD, DO), nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. Substitute forms will not be accepted.


One BSA Registered Adult (21+) participates for FREE with 4 youth participants

Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. The balance of a registration fee will be refunded after August 31, 2020 provided one of the following conditions is met: (1) The Daniel Webster Council Program Department is notified in writing of a camper cancellation at least two weeks prior to scheduled arrival; (2) In cases of injury or illness within two weeks of scheduled arrival, a letter from a healthcare provider (MD, DO, PA, or nurse practitioner) is provided with the refund request. Refunds for individual registrations will be made directly to the parent/guardian. Deposits are non-refundable, even when two weeks cancellation notice is provided. All space is available on a first-come, first-served basis for those paid in full.
