The National Order of the Arrow Conference is Scouting’s second largest national program event. The reason for its growing popularity can be attributed to the fact that it is planned and carried out by Arrowmen. Youth involvement ensures that the conference program will be exciting, relevant, and non-stop fun during the 2018 National Order of the Arrow Conference to be held on the campus of Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana from July 30- August 4.

Passaconaway Lodge is planning on leaving Manchester via bus to Logan on July 30 and return Aug  4 and will be travelling via air from Boston to Indianapolis then by bus to Bloomington. Travel plans and costs have not been finalized and may change depending on the number of Arrowmen that register.

Over 8,000 Arrowmen from all over the United States and foreign countries will gather to celebrate this anniversary.

This year we are allocated for 18 youth and 6 adults however currently there is only 17 youth slots and 5 adults slots left open (The Chief and LodgeAdviser at the time of NOAC will have these 2 slots). To be considered for one of these slots you must pre-register with a deposit of $100 which will be refundable if not selected. Also stay tuned we have requested additional slots for our contingent.

The estimated cost is $1100 which includes the fee of the event at $525 plus travel. A preregistration fee of $100 if selected will be transferred to the final overall  payment (conference and travel). A payment schedule for the balance of the costs will be published as we finalize the budget.
