Session #2: Sunday, July 2 - Thursday, July 6, 2017

Please do not use this registration if your son is attending camp with his pack! If your son is attending Cub World Resident Camp with his pack (chartered camping), please see your pack's camp coordinator or Cubmaster to register.

All Cub World Provisional participants must have a completed BSA Annual Health and Medical Record with Parts A, B and C completed. Part C of the form is the physical examination which must be signed by a certified and licensed health-care provider recognized by the BSA. Recognized providers are physicians (MD, DO), nurse practitioners, and physician's assistants. Substitute forms will not be accepted.

Health forms must be mailed (do not send via email or fax) to the Daniel Webster Council Service Center by June 1. Please indicate "Cub World Provisional" and the session number clearly when mailing in the health forms.

Cost
$390.00 per Registration
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable fee of $50 will be charged and the balance of a registration fee will be refunded after August 31, 2017 provided one of the following conditions is met: (1) The Daniel Webster Council Program Department is notified in writing of a camper cancellation at least two weeks prior to scheduled arrival; (2) In cases of injury or illness within two weeks of scheduled arrival, a letter from a healthcare provider (MD, DO, PA, or nurse practitioner) is provided with the refund request. Refunds for individual registrations will be made directly to the parent/guardian. Deposits are non-refundable, even when two weeks cancellation notice is provided. All space is available on a first-come, first-served basis for those paid in full.
