Roundtables consist of general interest announcements regarding upcoming events and campaigns followed by break-out sessions for Cub Scout leaders, Boy Scout leaders, and Venturers & their advisors to receive training and have discussion on the monthly theme. All unit leaders, den leaders, and committee members are encouraged to attend- there is something for everyone! Roundtables take place the second Tuesday of every month (except for August & March). Refer to the calendar for details, contact information and driving directions. 6:45pm- "meet & greet" 7:00pm- general announcements 7:15 - 8:30pm- breakout sessions for Cub Scouters, Boy Scouters, and Venturers & Venturing Advisors. Roundtables from February - June 2010 will be held at the Peterborough LDS Branch Meetinghouse on 65 Old Bennington Road in Peterborough. See the calendar or home page for directions. The Mt Monadnock District Roundtable will be canceled or postponed if major weather is pending. Notification of cancellation or postponment will be made through email by the District Commissioner and at this web site. Notification will be made no later than 12 hours in advance. May 10- Theme for June: Perseverance. Tiger, Wolf & Bear leaders- National Den Award- what is it? Working as a den team. Webelos leaders- Emergency preparedness, emergency kits, response as an individual, family and Scout community members. Cubmasters- Adult recognition- ceremonies, being creative.
