Hidden Valley Scout Camp

Chartered Troop (Group) Registration for In-Council & Out-of-Council Troops
Week #6: Sunday, July 28 - Saturday, August 3, 2019

This registration is for troops attending Hidden Valley Scout Camp as a group (chartered camping). Please do not register provisional campers through this registration. One person from each Boy Scout troop (preferably the troop's camp coordinator) should be responsible for completing this registration.

If you wish to add participants after the initial registration, please log back in to your account and make changes to the existing registration. Please do not create separate registrations for additional participants.

For your initial registration, you will only need to enter the number of Scouts and adults attending. You will have the ability to add Scout and leader names at a later date prior to June 1 to sign-up for merit badge classes, specialty programs (such as a Voyageur), and any discounts.

Additional adult leaders above the established ratio will be charged in accordance with the fees detailed in the Leaders' Guide and fees will be assessed at camp.

All Hidden Valley Scout Camp participants (youth and adult) must have a completed BSA Annual Health and Medical Record with Parts A, B and C completed. Part C of the form is the physical examination which must be signed by a certified and licensed health-care provider recognized by the BSA. Recognized providers are physicians (MD, DO), nurse practitioners, and physician's assistants. Substitute forms will not be accepted.

$100 non-refundable deposit per paid registrant is due at time of registration.

Early Discount
Before 3/16/2019 a discount of $40.00 will apply to all Scout Registrants.
Late fee
After 5/16/2019 a fee of $40.00 will apply to all Scout Registrants.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. The balance of a registration fee will be refunded after August 31, 2019 provided one of the following conditions is met: (1) The Daniel Webster Council Program Department is notified in writing of a camper cancellation at least two weeks prior to scheduled arrival; (2) In cases of injury or illness within two weeks of scheduled arrival, a letter from a healthcare provider (MD, DO, PA, or nurse practitioner) is provided with the refund request. Refunds for chartered troop resident camper cancellations will be made to the troop. Troops are responsible for paying the full registration fees for no-shows unless the refund conditions above have been met. Deposits are non-refundable, even when two weeks cancellation notice is provided. In the event the entire troop cancels its reservation, site fees are non-refundable. All space is available on a first-come, first-served basis for those paid in full. Fees are transferable to another camper.
