Chartered Units (Group) Registration for In-Council & Out-of-Council Units
Week #3: Sunday, July 7- Saturday, July 13, 2019

This registration is for units attending Camp Bell as a group (chartered camping). Provisional (individual) campers must register separately via the Provisional registration form. One person from each unit (preferably the unit's camp coordinator) should be responsible for completing this registration.

If you wish to add participants after the initial registration, please log back in to your account and make changes to the existing registration. Please do not create separate registrations for additional participants.

For your initial registration, you will only need to enter the number of campers and adults attending.

Additional adult leaders above the established ratio will be charged in accordance with the fees detailed in the Leaders' Guide and fees will be assessed at camp.

All Camp Bell participants (youth and adult) must have a completed BSA Annual Health and Medical Record with Parts A, B and C completed. Part C of the form is the physical examination which must be signed by a certified and licensed health-care provider recognized by the BSA. Recognized providers are physicians (MD, DO), nurse practitioners, and physician's assistants. Substitute forms will not be accepted.

$100 non-refundable deposit per paid registrant is due at time of registration.

$300.00 per Full-week adults over ratio
$480.00 per Per Scout
Early Discount
Before 3/18/2019 a discount of $50.00 will apply to all Per Scout Registrants.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. The balance of a registration fee will be refunded after August 31, 2019 provided one of the following conditions is met: (1) The Daniel Webster Council Camping Department is notified in writing of a camper cancellation at least two weeks prior to scheduled arrival; (2) In cases of injury or illness within two weeks of scheduled arrival, a letter from a healthcare provider (MD, DO, PA, or nurse practitioner) is provided with the refund request. Refunds for chartered troop or crew resident camper cancellations will be made to the unit. Units are responsible for paying the full registration fees for no-shows unless the refund conditions above have been met. Deposits are non-refundable, even when two weeks cancellation notice is provided. In the event the entire unit cancels its reservation, site fees are non-refundable. All space is available on a first-come, first-served basis for those paid in full. Fees are transferable to another camper.
