Daniel Webster Council Cub Scout Camping Guidelines  (revised November 2012)

The Council Camping Committee has recognized that the various program resources produced by the Boy
Scouts of America leave some room for interpretation when it comes to guidelines for overnight camping
with Cub Scouts outside of council-operated summer camp programs. The committee is in the process of
producing a Daniel Webster Council-specific document that will clarify the intent of BSA Cub Scout
Camping Guidelines and assist volunteers in planning appropriate activities. Until this new document is
available, the Camping Committee has prepared the summary of guidelines in the document above.
